UST Angelicum College Joins the Junior People Management Association of the Philippines’ 22nd General Membership Meeting

The  Human Resource Development senior college students of the UST Angelicum College attended the 22nd General Membership Meeting at the One Esplanade in Pasay City on November 18, 2018 with the theme, ““UPGRADE: Exalt Vision. Explore Realms. Expose Possibilities”. This annual event was graced by Mr. Carlo Montano, Program Director of Link Organizational Development.  In his message, he discussed how to break the limit in quantum thinking and Human Resource.  

Others who gave their message were Ms. Bernadette Cordero, Chief of Opportunities of the World Stage International; Mr. Ronal Ednalan, Relationship Manager of the Philippine National Bank; and Mr. John Mark Napao, Cost Control Engineer of the National Grid Corporation of the Philippines.

Ms. Cordero discussed the two types of employees: the living dead who just go to work and go back home, and the sleeping fired up who are inspired and into the work that they are doing and they are still working even in sleep.

Mr. Ednalan gave an inspirational message wherein he emphasized the 3 P’s of success, the Passion, Perseverance, and Path. He also discussed how to develop grit by the following steps: develop fascination, daily improvement, greater purpose, and growth mindset.

Mr. Napao founded the SOLAR Hope in 2017. It is a positive outcome of the founder’s struggle with depression. This endeavor of the founder seeks to give light and hope to the lives and houses of people in need.

Important matters were also discussed, particularly the upcoming activities of the Junior People Management Association of the Philippines.
