UST Angelicum College Senior HRDM Students Join 18th Junior People Management Association of the Philippines National Convention

The BSBA Major in Human Resource Development Management students participated in the 18th JPMAP National Convention last March 16-17, 2019 at the Ramada Manila in Binondo, Manila with the theme “tHReads: Transforming Human Resource Elements to Assemble Distinct Superstructure”.


This annual event was graced by the People Management Association of the Philippines (PMAP) President, Dr. Gerry A. Plana. 


Among the topics discussed were: Ways of Enhancing Employee Experience in Workplace by Mr. Jeremiah Bonifacio, Lead Consultant of Asia Select, Inc.; Introduction of Data Privacy Act and its Implication by Mr. Ernest Ocson, Data Protection Officer of Incuventure Partners Corporation; Advantages and Issues in Business Process Analytics by Maria Daisy Tasic, Head of the Process and Project Management of UCPB General Insurance; and the New Language of Business: Sustainability by Dr. Filipe Calderon, Head of Washington SyCip Graduate School of Business of the Asia Institute of Management.



Moreover, the delegates from UST Angelicum College competed in the HR National Quiz Bee. All 12 competing schools were able to showcase their knowledge and abilities through a friendly and enjoyable competition.


The 18th National Convention was an annual event initiated by the Junior People Management (JPMAP) in cooperation with the People Management Association of the Philippines (PMAP).
