Admission Guidelines & Procedures

  • Secure application form from the Registrar’s Office or download the forms here.
  • Submit the following requirements:

ONLINE APPLICATION FOR ADMISSION FOR ACADEMIC YEAR 2020-2021

UST Angelicum College shall continue the ongoing online applications for admission for Academic Year 2020-2021, even after the lifting of the Enhanced Community Quarantine, for the continuous practice of safety measures to avoid the spread of Covid-19.

GENERAL GUIDELINES
Preschool

  • Online application for admissions for Preschool is now open.
  • Pre-Kinder applicants - must be 4 years old by October 2020.
  • YS 1 (Kinder) applicants - must be 5 years old by October 2020.

Lower Level (YS 2-7)

  • YS 2 (Grade 1) applicants - must be 6 years old by October 2020.
  • Candicates for Kinder completion of the current academic year.

Junior High School (YS 8-11)

  • YS 8 (Grade 7) applicants must be graduating elementary students of the current academic year.

Senior High School 1 (Grade 11)

College

  • Applicants must be graduating Senior High School students of the current academic year.

Transferees

  • Prepare available required documents and follow the application for admissions procedure.
  • The school does not accept transferees/applicants in the SHS 2 (Grade 12) level.

REQUIREMENTS

Prepare a scanned copy of the following documents:

  1. Birth Certificate (PSA issued if Filipino)
  2. Report Card (F138/SF9) of the current academic year
  3. Baptismal Certificate (if Catholic)
  4. ACR I-Card and Passport (for Foreign applicants)

Note: Applicants with incomplete requirements will be accommodated. However, original copies of the required documents must be submitted before they can enroll online.

PROCEDURE

    Step 1: APPLICATION - Accomplish the online application form and upload the available required documents.
    Step 2: INTERVIEW - Wait for the email/call notification for the schedule of the online interview.
    Step 3: RESERVATION – Pay the non-refundable and non-transferable reservation fee. The Reservation Payment Procedure will be sent to you through email.
    Step 4: ENROLLMENT – Wait for the email on enrollment schedule, requirements, and procedure.
    Step 5: ANNOUNCEMENT - Announcements and updates for the coming Academic Year will be emailed to you after your enrollment.
