About the R.E.A.P Program

The Re-Entry Education Agenda for the Poor (R.E.A.P) Program of UST Angelicum College is a transformative outreach initiative that extends the benefits of the pioneering Home Study Program (HSP) to disadvantaged children, youth, and adults. Rooted in the Dominican philosophy of education, R.E.A.P provides free, inclusive, and values-driven basic education to those excluded from the formal school system due to poverty, illness, disability, or life circumstances.

Inclusive Catholic Education for All

The program empowers learners through flexible learning systems, volunteer facilitators, mastery-based achievement, and sustainable partnerships with organizations committed to social inclusion.
