1Is the school PAASCU accredited?

Yes UST Angelicum College has been granted Level III Accreditation by PAASCU and is certified by the Federation of Accrediting Agencies in the Philippines (FAAP). This assures you that the curriculum offered by UST Angelicum College meets the standards set by accrediting agencies.

2How do I request for my credentials?

You may file your request online by clicking the Request for Documents link under the Registrar’s Office tab. The portal provides the procedure and the corresponding fees for each requested document.

3How many days will it take to release the requested credentials?

The processing time depends on the type of document requested:

4Do the documents released by the school have security features?

Yes UST Angelicum College uses security paper with hologram features and a digital number to ensure the integrity and authenticity of records issued by the Registrar’s Office.

5Do I need to request a Transcript of Records from my previous school before applying for the release of my credentials?

Requests for transcripts are processed school-to-school and are not issued directly to students, unless the request bears a notation allowing the student to hand-carry the document for submission.

For new students, UST Angelicum College will request your Transcript of Records (TOR) or Form 137 from your previous school, which will then form part of your 201 File with the College.

6Can we enroll our child in the Home Study Program?

Yes Enrollment under the Home Study Program is open to learners who cannot attend regular classes due to health concerns, athletic training, geographical limitations, or learning disabilities (provided they are highly functional). Enrollment remains open until December of the current school year.
