Yes, we do. In UST Angelicum College, we call it our Home Study Program.

UST Angelicum College’s Home Study Program offers flexible learning access to Catholic Dominican education for Grade 1 to 10 learners with limitations due to athletics, work, location, health, or unique academic needs. Expert facilitators and a moderator guide learners, nurturing their individuality and academic progress.

The interview conducted by the Principal in the Basic Education Department is part of the assessment process to determine the learner’s readiness, strengths, and weaknesses in academics, so that immediate intervention can be provided once the learner is officially enrolled.

  • YS 11 learners applying for SHS in UST Angelicum College
  • SHS 2 learners applying for HED in UST Angelicum College

The mode of the interview depends on the level you are applying for. All onsite examinees will undergo onsite interviews, while online examinees will be given an online interview schedule. Kindly stand by for further instructions once your application is submitted.

For learner applicants in the Basic Education Department who will take the entrance test onsite, the interview with the Principal is conducted immediately after the test. This way, the learner and their parents would immediately know the result of the application.

You will receive a congratulatory letter in your email once you pass the admission. The email will contain the student number that you will use in your student portal for enrollment.

No. JHS learners are considered independent in UST Angelicum College. Guardians are only allowed for preschool learners, but they must stay at the waiting area while waiting for their ward.

Learners in the HSP have two options to choose from:

  • Flexible onsite modality — they report to school for hands-on classes and/or onsite updating and one-on-one consultation.
  • Online modality — they do everything remotely and are only required to report to school for the administration of Achievement Tests at least once a year.

Transfer of learners from Regular to Home Study may happen within the school year, since the Home Study Program caters to learners who cannot come to school due to reasons such as health, geographical location, work-related concerns, training for national or international sports competitions, and learning disabilities.

These are possible through our partnership with universities and colleges abroad, especially in Southeast Asia. These universities allow students to immerse themselves and experience their culture, gaining exposure and diversity.

Additionally, these institutions offer college scholarships and even second degree programs for further studies and academic excellence.

Free foreign language classes are offered through KSI. Details for this program will be announced by the school.
