Home Study Program
The smarter, stronger alternative to traditional homeschooling — DepEd-recognized since 1996, guided by licensed subject-expert facilitators.
Home Study Program (HSP)
The Home Study Program (HSP) at UST Angelicum College, recognized by DepEd-NCR in 1996, follows the national curriculum and caters to learners who cannot be physically present in school on a regular basis due to athletic activities, employment, health conditions, or place of residence. It also serves those who have exceeded the normal age of schooling but wish to complete their basic education.
Learners experience a non-graded, self-paced, modular system that allows them to study in a nonconventional way, at their own pace and time, while addressing their special needs and diverse learning styles. Each student is guided by subject-matter expert facilitators assigned to every subject, ensuring mastery and holistic growth. HSP learners are provided with two days of virtual classes each week, complemented by one-on-one consultations, small group discussions, modular activity checks, and oral examinations.
The UST Angelicum Home Study Program stands out as the smarter, stronger alternative to traditional homeschooling. Learners enjoy the freedom to progress at their own pace while benefiting from the credibility, structure, and values-driven excellence of UST Angelicum — nurturing independence, building confidence, and preparing students for success in higher education and beyond, while giving parents peace of mind.
